Client Context And Challenges
Bank with low digital maturity initiated its digital transformation, setting up a digital factory to catalyze change and launch new products
As the digital factory matured, and accessible ML/AI solutions improved, the opportunity arised to launch innovative AI-enabled products and help the bank move toward the forefront of digital banking
The bank had recruited some AI talents, however lacked experience in developing an AI roadmap and building AI products, therefore required external assistance
In this context, the project main objectives were (i) to define an AI roadmap, and (ii) to design and build an initial set of AI solutions
Our Approach
Clarified the overall business strategy and technology & data capabilities available now or in the short term
Formalized an overall vision, strategy, and governance for AI
Identified and prioritized use cases, based on feasibility, benefits, potential to scale
Built a coherent roadmap and corresponding business case
Socialized the roadmap, obtained approvals and secured required investments
Set up agile teams, launched design and development of the first use cases in the AI roadmap e.g., conversational assistant, advanced segmentation tool, churn detection model…
Captured lessons learned on the fly and initiated a continuous improvement cycle
