Client Context And Challenges
The client needs to support its growth (due to regulatory and recent acquisition) and ensure good control of customer invoicing, better visibility of the group's activities and good data quality
For that, the client plans to strengthen control and improve the quality of its data. Moreover the client wishes to benefit from support around data governance and acculturation
The objective of this initiative is to evaluate its current data governance operating model, propose recommendations and implement them across all the group's businesses in the long term
Those initiatives must be part of an approach supported by operational and concrete use cases involving business teams of different locations and entities
Our Approach
Conducted an analysis of data governance maturity level (incl. organization, processes, data management methods, overall architecture), addressing all the group's businesses (rolling stock rental and maintenance BU) and support functions (e.g. Marketing, HR, Payroll)
Designed the target vision and the list of initiatives to transform the data organisation leveraging use cases supported by AI
Built up the roadmap with effective ROI and priorities supporting maintenance and rental BU
Selected quick wins and supported one use case implementation to initiate data governance (incl. data models, dashboards and digital applications)
